Summary of the 3/2008 newsletter
The evolutionen newsletter is only available in German. You will find here brief summaries of the current contents. Please consult the newsletter archive for older summaries.
The third newsletter of contains a range of topics. The introduction
features Josephine Baker’s adage to the effect that we must first awake
from our dream in order to be able to live them. One of the dreams of
evolutionen is the New Academy, which is subsequently presented in the
newsletter. Dreams or our resistance en route to their realization can, for
example, be accessed through the instrument of paradoxical intervention or
the CM process, constellation management. The newsletter explains both
topics in greater detail.
Best regards to all the readers of the English summary!

The newsletter focuses on the following actual topics:
-
Paradoxical intervention – this is the term for a whole host of
intervention techniques in the field of systematic coaching,
techniques which, if anything, are seldom utilized. The most
well-known, namely, blame apportionment, splitting and reframing, are
outlined in the article.
These instruments could also be of interest for the management
practices of experienced managers. At all events, they are
particularly effective!
-
Constellation management is a similarly effective tool. On Friday,
13.6.2008 we are again providing a secure setting and a team of
highly professional accompanying specialists for this process. The
details are featured in the newsletter.
-
The “New Academy” has emerged from the “New Aspects” at evolutionen.
We cordially invite you to accompany us for part of the journey. The
New Academy targets highly qualified professionals who hold positions
of responsibility in the business world and are seeking processes
involving an open-ended outcome. We are starting with some potential
seminars and an accreditation for coaches at evolutionen.
It is anticipated that the next evolutionen newsletter will appear on
27.6.2008.
Thank you very much for your interest!
