Summary of the 5/2008 newsletter

The current newsletter addresses issues which are, as ever, intended to enhance the degree of convergence which obtains between human dignity and business. It is against this background that the post-heroic excursus in the form of a table on the subject of leadership should be understood. Unfortunately, this table is only available in abridged form in English. Nevertheless: perhaps a look would be a worthwhile exercise?

The subject of feelings is addressed under “Coaching instruments”: this involves an initial approach towards an issue which is relatively unknown in the employment sector. In this regard, our knowledge of feelings is on the increase – and one aspect in particular: feelings and thoughts are processed in the brain. In other words, perhaps we need something akin to a new psychological logic?
At all events, we need greater knowledge.

Our third topic is self-promotional: we are seeking colleagues who will lend us their support as a business coach, and to this end we have organized an accreditation day. If you can speak English and are interested please do not hesitate to contact us – even if our offer for German coaches is currently being advertised. We are flexible and I would personally be very pleased!

  1. Coaching instruments: feelings.
    Here we present a table conceived by Victor Chu which furnishes a very simple and undramatic overview of:
    a. the “normal” feelings
    b. the movement triggered by you and
    c. this movement’s objective.
    I am certain that in the field of management feelings help to distinguish illusions from reality without the use of tissues undergoing a dramatic increase. And this alone would be of service to a great many companies.

  2. Leadership considered from a post-heroic standpoint.
    Please see the last newsletter with regard to how you acquire post heroic attitudes; it features a comprehensive (English) table. Here is a very specific example with regard to leadership:
