The central theme of the newsletters in 2007 is change. In this connection, this third newsletter primarily addresses solutions to complex problems at companies and the instrument of organizational constellations.

Consulting is consulting? An overview of the sources of change.

Margret Barth is Head of the Institute of Systematic Solutions. She conceived the idea of creating a suitable framework for the complex concerns of top managers, concerns which also particularly require discretion. Here she addressed questions regarding the nature of these concerns, the benefit for managers and the state of the "deputy pool".

This new product is presented precisely and in detail in the second article. The procedures, the processing possibilities and the setting are the focal point of attention. We can imagine processing a wide variety of topics: from the selection of suitable members of staff for a project team and the negotiation of stalemates in a business setting to the elimination of blockages, stagnation and obstacles. Career and personal topics in a business context are also conceivable.

The final article explains where the difference between a heroic and a post heroic stance lies when consulting and coaching are involved. These are the typical ways and means of generating changes at a company - in other words: not unimportant if something is intended to happen. It matters not that the article is brief; the contents of the table are a veritable mine of information.
